About the Oasis Class
When Oasis of the Seas launched in 2009, it was the largest cruise ship in the world and introduced the neighborhood concept to cruising. Rather than a single ship experience, Oasis class vessels are divided into seven distinct neighborhoods each with its own character, pools, and dining. This concept, refined through five ships over fifteen years, laid the foundation for the Icon class. The Seven Neighborhoods
Central Park is an open-air garden at the center of the ship featuring specialty dining and a peaceful atmosphere. The Boardwalk is a carnival-style neighborhood at the stern with the AquaTheater, carousel, and casual dining. The Royal Promenade is the main street of the ship lined with shops, bars, and entertainment. The Pool and Sports Zone features multiple pools, the FlowRider surf simulator, zip line, and sports courts. Youth Zone houses the kids club Adventure Ocean. Vitality Spa and Fitness is a full-service spa and gym. Entertainment Place houses the main theater, comedy club, and casino.

Dining
Oasis class ships feature over 20 dining venues. The main dining room and Windjammer buffet are included in the fare. Specialty dining includes Chops Grille, Giovanni’s Italian Kitchen, Izumi, Sabor Modern Mexican, Jamie’s Italian (on newer ships), and more. Wonder of the Seas added the Wonder Playscape and additional dining options specific to that ship.
Suite Class
Oasis class ships offer Star Class, Sky Class, and Sea Class suites. Star Class includes the Royal Genie butler service, all specialty dining and beverages included, and priority access throughout the ship. The Presidential Suite and Ultimate Family Suite on Wonder of the Seas are among the most impressive accommodations at sea.
