1. Services
Superior Travel is an independent travel advisor and contractor of A.S.A.P. Cruises Inc., a licensed travel agency. We provide travel planning, booking and advisory services for cruises, all inclusive resorts, Disney, Universal and group travel.
2. Travel Agent Role & Limitations
Superior Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers including cruise lines, resorts, airlines and tour operators. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties or negligence of any travel supplier. We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, mechanical or other failures, or any other loss resulting from the actions of travel suppliers.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual travel supplier. Deposits and final payments are due per supplier deadlines. Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking. Payment plan availability is subject to supplier policies and booking advance notice requirements.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary by supplier. Most travel bookings are non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties. Superior Travel strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect your investment. Refunds are subject to individual supplier policies and are not guaranteed.
5. Travel Insurance
Superior Travel strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance including trip cancellation, interruption, medical and evacuation coverage. Superior Travel is not liable for any losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
6. Travel Documents
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents including passports, visas and any required health documentation. Superior Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.
7. Pricing
All prices quoted are subject to availability and may change without notice until a deposit is received and booking is confirmed. Superior Travel is not responsible for pricing errors or changes made by travel suppliers.
8. Force Majeure
Superior Travel is not liable for any failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, acts of terrorism, or supplier failures.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Superior Travel or LoToya LaPlace Hodge be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from travel bookings or use of this website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid directly to Superior Travel for services rendered.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the United States Virgin Islands. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
